Reader-fundraisers who participate in the 2024 READATHON--the 12th annual read-out-loud challenge to raise funds for Tompkins County Public Library will share their Library Love with friends and family. Their campaigns will cumulate in a video of their read, to be shared with their donors. It's a great way to celebrate the Freedom to Read, literacy, and TCPL! Every dollar raised helps to buy books and other materials our community so desperately needs. Nearly a million items are used each year—a remarkably high level for a community of our size—and 100% of the funding for annual purchases comes from private support like yours.
