Do you want to really feel like an integral part of TCPL? Are you interested in making a donation in support of TCPL a regular part of your budget? Do you want it to be convenient, paper-free, and impactful?

If you answered "yes," then starting a recurring gift may be the solution to your needs. Recurring donors set up a gift of any amount that is then paid monthly, quarterly, or annually to the Library Foundation, by linking a credit card on our secure online giving page (click on the big yellow button at right), or by calling our office.

Page Turners

We call our recurring donors Page Turners. Through their commitment to TCPL, they ensure that Library users get to see what comes next! Because of Page Turners, library staff can feel free to develop the collection, knowing that a cadre of supporters is behind them with a steady, consistent stream of funds. They are everyday heroes!

Benefits of Recurring Giving

  • It's easy. Once you set up your recurring donation by linking it to a credit or debit card and choosing the date on which you'd like the funds withdrawn, you're set! You can rest assured that TCPL is feeling your Library Love!

  • You are always in control. You can easily stop, start, or change your gift or payment method at any time.

  • You will be enrolled to receive our e-news and e-blasts, so you will always know what's coming up next for TCPL and the Foundation, as well as witnessing the impact your gift makes every single day. Too much email? You can always opt out.

  • You'll have the satisfaction of knowing that you're doing your part to support an essential community institution; you're the foundation upon which the Library can continue to grow.

I make a recurring monthly gift to the Tompkins County Public Library because it is an easy, painless way to support such a vital resource in our community.  TCPL has a rich history that dates to its founding by Ezra Cornell. Its many programs and services are enjoyed and utilized by thousands of our residents, no matter their background or economic standing. I am proud to be among the library's sustaining supporters and encourage you to join me!
